The whole team takes time to get to know each client and goes above just the basic conversation and selling of insurance. This week alone I met with Julie for my annual insurance policy review and happened to mention that I missed the ‘deadline’ to file a claim. I didn’t and Julie walked me through the whole process on my phone using the SF app. Within two days, I had an estimated for repairs, an appointment to get the work done, & a rental car all reserved. During the fires in 2025 we were near the affected area in Pasadena, we had no electricity and our water supply was not drinkable.
