"When my husband and I bought a new car two years ago, we were shopping around for quotes to add it to our two existing vehicles—and the prices we were getting were outrageous. I reached out to State Farm and connected with Monsy, and I’m so glad I did. I’m usually not a fan of speaking with insurance reps—I prefer to get a quote online and be done with it—but Monsy completely changed that experience. She made the entire process surprisingly pleasant (not a word I’d typically use for dealing with insurance!). Any time there’s an adjustment needed or something important to review, she makes sure to contact us and talk through the options to help manage the rate. "We've been with Julie for more years than we can count and with her we have auto, renters, earthquake and life insurance (kind of like in the movie Groundhog Day when Bill Murray's character gets the whole shebang). While the corporate office is a bit of an issue at times because they invoice incorrectly (or forget to invoice at all), Julie's team attempts to alleviate any issues which arise in a very timely manner. If we have questions on our policies or rates, Julie is patient and available to answer in a manner which is easy to understand (i.e. not insurance agent language) via text or email (which is helpful as we work odd hours and travel so phone calls are not usually our best communication method). Insurance is an excruciating and tedious experience, but Julie and her team are very helpful which is important. Definitely recommend."
